Jake Ingamar, has been involved in the Fargo music scene for a little more than a while now. From being one of the two lead guitarists for the disbanded psychedelic jam band Ingamar (Jake's middle name) to being the pedal steel player for local singer-songwriter Michael Pink, which included performing at the Whisky a Go-Go in West Hollywood as part of Michael's backing band in March 2014. His most recent but now disbanded power-quartet, The Stationary Wilbury's, included performing at the Fargo Theatre as a part of the second annual Dylanfest in Feburary 2016. Jake now goes entirely solo with his acoustic and electric guitars performing songs of his own in which he is currently in the process of recording and self releasing in the early months of 2017. His influences are blended and demonstrated from his personally selected repertoire of covers ranging from the 60's pop melody masters of The Beatles, The Byrds, and The Zombies to the storytelling heartland folk/Americana music of Gram Parsons, Jackson Browne, Bruce Springsteen, and Townes Van Zandt as well as some contemporary songwriters including Elliott Smith, Ryan Adams, and Jim James (of My Morning Jacket).

Robert Hunter

Robert is an accomplished entertainer, author, and Nashville recording artist - with a highly anticipated new record and a new novel coming out in 2018. He will be traveling to ALL 50 States in 52 Weeks! The nationwide “Relapse and Revival Tour,” is set to begin in April!

The inspiration for the tour was Robert’s young wife Becky – his best friend and favorite muse - who was diagnosed in 2016 with an aggressive and difficult to treat form of cancer. At that time the outlook was bleak. And yet, Becky insisted that he publish the novel, and produce the record she so adored. Having the possibility to travel, and see the country, on tour, was also her idea. It served as motivation for her, and for Robert, throughout Becky’s yearlong treatment; through countless chemotherapy sessions, and surgeries.

Now I am so happy to say that Becky is in remission! The book is getting rave reviews, and the new record may be Robert’s best yet. We look forward to seeing you soon!

The Cosmic Western Duo - Jenna & Martin

The Cosmic Western Duo met at Winfield Bluegrass Music Festival. They reconnected in the fall of 2016 when Martin offered to record an EP of Jenna's original songs. After a weekend of recording, they put their solo albums on hold and began playing and writing music together. A band was formed called "Playing For Horses" that played cosmic americana and classic country tunes by Gram Parsons, Emmylou Harris, New Riders of the Purple Sage, Hank Williams, Dolly Parton, Waylon Jennings. The band also learned a handful of Jenna & Martin's original songs. As the duo played and wrote more together, Martin's twangy, experimental telecaster guitar picking started blending with Jenna's simple, genuine songwriting to make a unique sound. It was somewhere in between country, rock, bluegrass, and gospel and they called it "COSMIC WESTERN". Their current show incorporates Jenna on tenor saxophone, banjo, and acoustic guitar and Martin on telecaster guitar, banjo, and multi kord pedal steel.
Come check it out. This will be a great night of music.
