About the Comedians:

Greg Coleman -

Hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Greg started doing stand-up comedy after his comedian coworker challenged him to show his funny on stage. Since then Greg’s been active in the strong Minnesota comedy scene, from scoring a semi-final place finish at the acclaimed Acme Comedy Company’s Funniest Person Competition, to performing in Minnesota’s invite-only and very first 10,000 Laughs Comedy Festival, to recently headlining the sold out Capri Theater in Minneapolis. Obvious to his peers as one of the best riff comics in Minneapolis, Greg has the improv ability to use the energy of crowd and to change his whole set on the fly – and deliver gut busting laughs.

Ali Sultan -

Ali Sultan saw his first stand up comedian when he moved to America from Yemen at the age of 15. He grew the desire to go on stage but first he needed to learn English.

Ali is the first professional Yemeni American comedian to be featured on Television when Kevin Hart hand picked him to perform on Comedy Central’s Hart of The City. In 2018 he filmed two specials one for Wanda Sykes’ Epix’s Unprotected Sets and was brought to Dubai to film the first half hour specials for Comedy Central Arabia. He was named both Best Local Comic by Minneapolis City Pages and one of 2018 Artist of the year and won 2018 Best in The Midwest at Gildas LaughFest. When he isn’t telling jokes Ali enjoys doing a podcast with his mom called Stories With My Muslim Mom.
